This shrub is stephanandra and sits on the corner out front by the walkway. The flowers are described as 'insignificant' but after 3 years it has a nice covering of tiny blooms. In the fall, the wood all turns red so it still looks great even after losing its leaves.
Sure looks like it belongs there.
