Ninebark 'Center Glow'

For such a tiny thing, it survived the winter wonderfully. This year it should get some size. It is in the sun garden toward the field from the furthest 'John Cabot' Rose so very bright, dark pink blooming in front of it today.

  1. I've always liked the ninebarks... till I discovered how big and out of control they can get here. We don't have room to grow one properly but across the street and up on the other side they have one that is a blend of the golden, green and brown leaves so I just enjoy that.

  2. Well, room... I have. I think this one is going to be stunning if it ever gets bigger than a foot and a half tall. Not so much worrying about the out of control thing yet.
