I took this photo of the Spiderwort blooming as soon as I noticed it this morning so I wouldn't, yet again, forget! Its so pretty and it made it eventhough Tuk tried to kill it in the spring. It was in the middle of his short cut path. I have been fighting him in the garden all season.
Hopefully it'll turn into a nice sized patch for you. While I like Sweet Kate, I do prefer the flowers on the regular tradescantia.
