Windswept and Rain-pounded
I haven't looked today since the rain has stopped but this is what my prairie coneflower patch looked like after the last storm.

Landini
The second flower opened on the stalk that had the tiny little deformed flower. It is Landini so you can cross that one off the list of ones I don't have. The best part is that when the rain doesn't have 80% of the coneflower on the ground and that single stalk becomes a patch, this spot is going to look awesome!

Prairie Coneflower
The only thing on my garden list today was to get the Prairie Coneflower transplanted. I now have it in two spots. Next to the closest 'John Cabot' rose along the drive edge and also along the lawn edge from the 'Therese Bugnet' roses on the slide side. It looks a little shocked in both places but I am sure it will bounce back quick.
